What,are you guys kidding? With the Obama budget cuts to NASA the uber-geeks have been reduced to lusting over old xerox copies of Jane Fonda’s Barbarella. That’s a goal the may actually meet.

Yeah, I pissed over what amounts to the end American manned space flight.

Jonah Hex was too cool. Didn’t Vertigo redo it a few years ago?

@Bee,
they’ve relaunched a few times, I think you mean the real kick ass one that was written by Joe R. Lansdale in the early 1990s.
I lent it to a friend who never gave it back.
Need to go and buy that again.
btw, there’s a movie coming, -might suck, might not.

@Stimpson,
I’m laughing nervously at this video as I look around at my workspace in which sits:
a DVD set of the first season of BattleStar Galactica (borrowed from Mycue23,) a copy of the 1990 edition of the Year’s Best Fantasy and Horror, two softmodded XBoxes (If you don’t know what those are you’re probably getting laid frequently) and a bound edition of Jonah Hex comic book stories from the early 1970s… and oh yes, a framed black and white photo of the cast of the original Star Trek series.
…Come to think of it this video isn’t funny at all.
Happy Valentine’s Day.

That’s a good Friday night chuckle.

Outstanding Stimpson. But I dare say if I had $900 million I think I might could get a first date. Hell Redford got one with just a million in the movie and he got Demi Moore.

Had to watch it a couple of times to get the joke sequence down. Not near a laundromat but there’s a Trader Joes down the block. I’m planning to approach a lady in the frozen food aisle and mention losing my socks there. If she smiles I’ll refer to Trader Joes as the Black Hole for Socks.
Wish me luck!

Bee: You might say he’s a geeky version of Jon Hamm, eh?
