Lawrence Taylor, Former NY Giants Linebacker, Charged With Rape And Assault Of 15 Year-Old Girl

Former Giants linebacker Lawrence Taylor was arrested early this morning and will be charged with third-degree rape involving a 15-year-old girl at a hotel in Montebello, N.Y., according to police.
A local newspaper is reporting that the victim was a runaway from the Bronx who was brought to the Holiday Inn by a pimp, according to Ramapo police supervisor Christopher St. Lawrence. She was treated at a hospital.
“She was a runaway since March and there was a pimp involved,” St. Lawrence told the Journal News. “She got punched in the face. We’re not sure who did it.”
The police have scheduled a news conference for 3 p.m. to discuss the case and have said Taylor will be arraigned on third-degree rape charges this afternoon because the victim is a minor.

I am going to hold on passing judgment on LT until I hear all the facts. While he is not above hire call girls and prostitutes he is not known for violence toward females. As for her age, it is that difficult to dress a 15 year old to look like a 18 or 20 year. There is a reason that this is 3rd degree rape as opposed to 1st degree rape. LT has had his problems but this fall into his normal behavior. If it is found he he did the crime then he should certainly be punished accordingly.

I agree! The facts are slowing coming out and I hope that the girl is now safe. LT has had problems for so many years and this is just another mess he has brought on himself. We have to remember even though he is a famous athlete with loads of money he is a regular person and deserves to be treated like that with no special treatment if he did do wrong but also he deserves a fair trial in court.

They are taught that glamour, false body parts and a seamless body / face will earn them fiscal reward and security. (Don’t go thinking I’m against beauty and fashion… none of which I think compares to the emotional / mental state of beauty sought in our society present. I wear topsiders not birkenstocks! I am taylored but I enjoy chiffons and silks!) Many young women KNOW that looking tight and looking good and being available will ensure the ‘appreciation’ of repugnant old pusses like Rupert Murdock or Donald Trump. That football players with less than moral character feel entitled to physical compliment including someone else’s body…. should not surprise.
