Rush Limbaugh Defends Slavery!

Rush Limbaugh attacked Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan for citing former Justice Thurgood Marshall’s statement that the Constitution as originally written was “defective.” At no point did Limbaugh acknowledge that Marshall was saying the Constitution was “defective” because it permitted slavery and did not guarantee women’s suffrage.

He didn’t defend slavery…WTF in that clip did he do that? Slavery was abolished mainly because the constition as originally written was the main arguement AGAINST slavery! Meaning that it’s virtues DID apply to everyone including slaves!
You guys should try studying history instead of always trying to revise it with bullshit!
Ug. If Rush were listening I would admonish him to leave constitutional interpretation to people who think for a living.
