10 Reasons It’s Better To Be A Woman

Read Time:1 Minute, 12 Second

Aphrodite is the Greek goddess of love and beauty. According to Greek poet Hesiod, she was born when Cronus cut off Uranus’ genitals (ouch) and threw them into the sea, and from the aphros (sea foam) arose Aphrodite.

Because of her beauty other gods feared that jealousy would interrupt the peace among them and lead to war, and so Zeus married her to Hephaestus, who was not viewed as a threat. Her unhappiness in marriage caused her to frequently seek out the companionship of her lover Ares. Aphrodite also became instrumental in the Eros and Psyche legend, and later was both Adonis’ lover and his surrogate mother. What a Woman.

The 10 Reasons It’s Better To Be A Woman Are:

  1. If you go on a Caribbean Cruise and the ship hits an iceberg, you get saved first.
  2. You can be groupies. Male groupies are stalkers.
  3. Don’t have to fart to amuse yourself.
  4. Never have to reach down every so often to make sure our privates are still there.
  5. Automatically know which glass is yours by the lipstick mark.
  6. Females do not look like a frog in a blender when dancing.
  7. Can congratulate your team-mate without ever touching her butt.
  8. If you’re dumb, some people will find it cute.
  9. You have the ability to dress yourself.
  10. Women have enough sense to realize that the easiest way to get out of being lost is to ask for direction.

I agree Mike. I always had a thing for Blondes wearing chain mail and carrying a battle axe.
Sigh……wistful stare…

Here I am with buttloads of pet doves and a garden full of roses (50 bushes at last count) and he blames the battle axe, which might explain where the nickname came from.

The mirror of Aphrodite, I’ve always thought, was to own and express what we tend to keep secret within our hearts’. She inspires us into taking appropriate actions in our intimate relationships and she is thought to help us indulge in our sexual fantasies for the good mental health in it! Earning mutual, intimate respect. She encourages us to take the risks of loving someone fully. Doves are the animal’s dear to her… pink roses and the myrtle bush are her plant or sensual ally’s. Rose attar is thought to be her scentual signature.

What a great idea! … thanks Holte, for the archetype lesson!
