Albino girl beheaded in brutal witchcraft murder

An 11-year-old girl has become the latest albino to be killed, ostensibly in a ritual murder. Banele Nxumalo was shot and beheaded in Swaziland by a man who grabbed her in front of friends as she washed clothes at a river. Police believe she was murdered because albino body parts and blood are believed to have magical powers, reports the Telegraph.
The killings are on the rise in sub-Saharan Africa where the condition is most prevalent. “What happened to my child is very painful,” said her father. ” I wonder why albinos are targeted because they are just humans like us and a gift from God.”

Yet again, a horrible and heart-wrenching example of brutality towards women. But as I stress you can blame all religions or you can blame no religions and it’s the samee thing, men holding female life in low regard and women forced to accept this oppression as their fate.
There is crazy and then there is religious or superstitious crazy which always seems so off the chart WTF that it cannot even be thought about.
Tribal superstition and nuttery. More religious murders. Sickening.
The rate of albinism in Tanzania is among the highest in the world at one in 1,400. There are 270k albinos there.
So sad-in West Africa people believe albinos were conceived when the mother was having her period.
