Alone Again Or – Arthur Lee of Love

Read Time:15 Second

Arthur Lee performing one of Love’s best songs 37 years after its first release. The happy sounding song with strings and a mariachi band contributing has remarkably bleak lyrics. The chorus is “And I will be alone again tonight, my dear“.

When my cousin was trying to get a job with the phone company back around ’72 the drummer for Love was there filling out an application with him. Guess he was trying to leave the musical life for the glamour and charisma of phone company work.
