Lake Nasser – From the International Space Station

One of the world’s largest artificial lakes, Lake Nasser is named after the Egyptian President Gamal Abdul Nasser, who is largely responsible for the lake’s creation. President Nasser decided to build the Aswan High Dam across the Nile, forming a lake approximately 340 miles long. …or possibly cause it’s in a desert?…A wee bit hot are deserts even without climate change. Anyroad they can always drink oil….oh behave Dinners.

Mind you…a magnificent piece of manmade stuff is Lake Nasser.

I think I read somewhere that the lake was drying up due to climate change.
