More than half of women would pick “no sex” over gain of ten pounds

So guys are you surprised by this? I’m certainly not. Here is the story in brief from Newser:
When it comes to women and their priorities, weight ranks higher than sex. About half the women surveyed in a recent Nutrisystem poll said they’d rather go without sex all summer than pack on 10 pounds. And it’s not just the ladies who feel this way: 25% of men agreed. Other findings, as reported by USA Today:
- More respondents would rather lose 10 to 20 pounds over the summer than get promoted.
- Some 66% of people said they would need to lose weight to feel sexier than they do now. How much? An average of 23 pounds.
- Three-quarters of respondents would forgo something (using the computer, watching TV, etc.) in exchange for a flat stomach.
- But those surveyed had plenty of reasons for not dieting: about 50% want to keep eating the foods they love, 33% find dieting inconvenient, and 25% think it’s stressful.

Me, I would gain the weight before I would give up bumping of “teh ugliez”. As for MH and her question number 1, in order to not incriminate myself, I now plead the 5th.

Itcomes down to, when you have sex, what do you fantasize about?
1) that you are with someone else (Johnny Depp much?)
2) that you are someplace else (somewhere exotic maybe?)
3) that you are someone else (namely someone not 40 lbs overweight)
I have honestly never done the first two, but I do #3 all the time.
Good gosh, has no one heard of more cushin for the pushin.
Gee if everyone didn’t want to get laid because of a few pounds, there would be no people left.;)
