No No Keshagesh (updated)
GrandMother Truth makes her war drums pound!
I’m with Buffy. This lady has been such an influence through so many years… personally. She’s a Ph.D in cultural expression and an Academy Award winning song writer.
She never tires of right fight. She dances ever
I’ve added a interview with Buffy for her current tour. Many recorded her songs. I guess I really have been one of the ‘few’ as rebel. Buffy Sainte Marie … like Dylan, Oaks, I mean we’re talking activism. SJ, yes… that was her in ’70s breast feeding on Sesame St.

Well thought out.
Thanks GHB, I thought I was imagining something. She did a couple of appearances now that I remember, she was usually wearing this black leather vest and even at 6 years old I was like “wow.” She had the longest, blackest hair I’d ever seen and I had a huge crush on her.
I saw this a few months ago and saved it, because it touched my core.
I was updating while you were commenting… they say great minds think alike… perhaps so? LOL
Has to be GMTA because the alternative is so depressing, fools seldom differ. 🙂
Very nice come back quip! LOL 🙂 agreed.
You know I seem to remember her from Sesame street. I think she breast fed her son on the show or something wild like that. I’m pretty sure it was her.
I heard her last week on BTR saying as how it was time for Ghost Dancing again. I’m glad to introduce you Colin. She’s not doing bad at 70. She’s been an activist for 50 years and you might recognize some of her songs, sung by other artists.
I like this; never heard of her before. Very unique.
