Republicans-dangerously negative with their politics

Read Time:53 Second

Republicans have gone insanely negative this year, on the theory that “in an election, a solid ‘no’ usually beats an uneasy ‘yes, but,’” writes EJ Dionne of the Washington Post. Democrats, after all, used the same principle to win big in 2006 and 2008, telling their supporters to say “no” to Bush. So branding the Republicans as the “party of no,” won’t work. What will work is a resounding “no” of their own to “rise of an angry, irrational extremism” in the Republican party.

“The principled case that must be made is that the brand of conservatism seeking power this year is irresponsible, incoherent and untrue to the best of its own traditions,” Dionne writes. When Texas Rep. Louie Gohmert asserts—with no proof at all—that terrorists are giving birth to “terror babies” in America in order to gain US passports for use in future plots, “have we not crossed into never-never land?” This election has to be about “whether a movement that’s gone over a cliff will be rewarded for doing so.

Here is the reason my Bro Mike entitled “Republicans-dangerous politics.” And you all can see one of many reasons of the dangerous practice of combining Church and State as a governing principle. Our founders fought a Revolution to escape a Theocracy and forge a free nation. Apparently, carpenter is unaware of both the tenets of American histor and is unable to practice what he preaches. The cliche that “ignorance is bliss” is undermined by utter proof that bigotry, which arises from iignorance is not blis ~ ~ but destroys all that cling to it.

“apostate money worshiping idolatrous baby murdering America”

I object to that comment. I only murder babies when there is a festival and their blood is needed for my complexion-freshening Atheist bath. But not to worry! Nothing goes to waste! I eat the remains in a meat pie.

I worship no money, no idols, and obviously, one less God than you do, carpenter. However you are correct in assuming that other Americans are obsessed with money and some guy called “Jesus”.

“I have it on good authority that a child one year of age would make an excellent stew or fricasse.” (Jonathan Swift… not that I expect you to be familiar withis reference. ) And the venom rises as expected. This post started as a political comment on the GOP and devolved into carpenter spewing bile by confusing religion with politics. I assumed, incorrectly, that the First Amendment ~ the most important judging by the Founders’ considered Separation of Church and State the preminent principle to a healthy, thriving Democracy. Enjoy your pie, dear. I forgive you for your hatred. It’s . terrible pity that you are incapable of a civil discourse and provide a stunningly brilliant evidentiary example as to why our Founders took such a strong stance against comingling religion and politics. I have yet to see you offer a single fact to underscore your point of view. I think, perhaps, you made Baby Jesus cry.

BRILLIANT, Mother Hen. Please forgive me for my retort, which was intended for the good Chrisian named “carpenter.” Eating babies always reminds me of “A Modest Proposal.” I hope you had a lovely bath and that you have noticed a lovely refreshing of your compexion. Enjoy your meal. (I guess I wasn’t as done as I thoght.)

LOL. I can tell you were talking to the carpenter, whom I hope is better with his hands than he is with his rhetoric- else I’d hate to live in the kludged-up nightmare of anything he ever built.

I must say that the renderings from the fatty thighs made a perfect gravy.

the truth is that ‘thee Obama’ didn’t run for president. He ran as a liberal God, the new improved black liberal Jesus, and that is why you voted for him. He is the Holy Golden Calf of this Age. And that is fine with me!

You voted for Salvation through your God ‘thee Obama’ which from my point of view is Neo Pagan IDOLATRY, but who knows Maybe he really is a God! Chris Mathews seems to think so.

Personally I think he is doing a fine job of destroying America also which is fine with me. And when he is re-elected he will finally finish off the Economy and turn this into a Commie-Socialist dictatorship which once again is OK with me because he is YOUR PUNISHMENT not mine.

OMG, you really are stupid! More incoherent, hatered devoid of compassion and logic. You seriously don’t know that Communists and Socialists have been historical rivals since these terms were coined in the mid-20th Century? Get behind me thou ignorant demon spawn of Satan? “For the dignity of the Prince of Darkness, Ransom was prepared, not for this endless taunts of a nasty little school boy… As love does not delight in the smallest kindness, so does evil take pleasure in the most petty hatred.” (C.S. Lewis, Perelandra). Unlike you, Lewis was a devout Chritian. He did not promulgate hate and he did not judge others. I suggest you read “Mere Christianity” to educate yourself as to the tenets of the faith you claim. Your rhetoric certainly parallels a nasty little schoolboy. I pity your inability to understand civil discourse and your inability to eradicate your hatred, ignorance and bigotry.

… dismisses your comment as a lie. In the Sermon ON THE mount, Christ said”Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall inherit the earth.” If there is a rapture, I suspect all us apostate liberals will leave this earth to be with God. Perhps the rest of you will stay on earth for 7 years blindly worshipping evil. I refuse to engage in your venomous hatred. Christ came to earth to spread peace and overturn the eye for an eye mentality to preach love. Your ignorance about current events is astonishing. Are you really unfamiliar with Dick Cheney and Sarah Palin? Astounding. I hope someday, you discover the ability to think. Obviously, you have internet access, so perhaps you might use Google to educate yourself. I am done. It is useless to argue with the deluded or the insane.

And where does Darth Cheney and his ilk, embody tChrist,s words onn his Sermon on the Mount? If Chrisianity’s greatest commandment is love, as is ccearly indicate in your bible, hate-filled bigotry is evil incarnate. Armageddon? I’ rather amused by your comment, carpenter. (My, what a clever moniker you chose. To whom do you compare yourself? Are you comparing yourself to Christ?) Well, perhaps we can play Sar-ah sez together about the Mosque at Ground Zero: “This basphemecration of sacrosanctified ground is ABHORRENTIBLE! I refudiate it unequivolutely!”” No, she didn’t really say that, but if her IQ is truly lower than her temperature, it’s a possibility. After al, Shakespeare made up words… not all Christian Conservatives are filled with hate and rage, but those who judge others shall be judged. To those filled with rabid hatred, I wonder if thes words are remembered by religious fanatics. I am amused at how the rabid right co-opted the Bush/Hitler paradigm to the Obama/Nazi comparison. Can’?

My unfinished statement above was a plea that I can be forgiven for my typos. And Holte, you are too nice. That billboard, Dearest Bro, is utterly satiric. Radical leaders? Too funny. No radical would ever post that… or would they?

Stella,
Comparing? No. I happen to be a carpenter. Its just that simple.

And I know not of this Cheney or Sarah (whoever that is) or the Muslim Museum at ground 0.

What I do know is that the Bible predicts massive Liberalism before the end of days. It also predicts Apostasy of Liberals and the Idolatry of Liberals (Golden Calf Obama worship) and the sexual perversion of Liberals and Liberals corrupting scripture and Liberals leading people away with false liberal doctrine.

I’m happy that thee Obama was elected. I think its great that he is destroying the US economy. He is the perfect punishment for an apostate money worshiping idolatrous baby murdering America. I hope Hussein O. wins again because I don’t think he can do enough damage in just 2 more years. You Liberals deserve to be Obamatized!! So let his will be done

Your bible was written approximately 200 years after Christ’s life. The Council of Nice expurcated 13 books from the New Testament, such as the Gospels of Judas and Mary Magdalene. All this editing and non-contemporary writing make me a bit suspicious of where the truth lies. Most central to this theme is the precept that the greatest commandment is Love. Apostacy, Idolatry, and sexual perversions of liberals? Obama a Muslim? Gee, I seem to recall Paul writing if people refuse to listen to your message, shake the dust from your sandals and leave. He does not mention judgement . 7f you refer to sexual perversion, I assume you refer to Leviticus. Do you eat shellfish? If so, you are an abomination unto the Lord. Don’t believe me? This precept appears two sentences prior to those whom you judge. The apostate of whom you speak are conserrvatives in multinational corporations who use our tax dollars for war profiteering. Obama? Muslim? Even Sen. McConnell from KY (“cont’d”)

yeah sure some Republicans are a little over the top but can ya blame em? Obama is a muslim anti-christian cult leader (and a divine punishment on those who voted for him). The good ole USA is totally in the control of the powers of hell but this is EXACTLY what is supposed to happen before Armageddon (or the Barrackalypse).

Myself, I don’t actually care. The Liberals are a perfect example of total depravity. After watching Liberals for just a few years I understand the doctrine of predestination. All they have done is proven the Bible to be true. Liberalism (or my repulsion of it) has made my faith even stronger.

And don’t get me wrong I am not saying that Obama and his followers are Satanic! Not at all. The Liberals are a million timnes worse than Satanists ever dreamed of being.

This year, THIS YEAR. Where were you last year when they were standing on balconies with don’t tread on me flags or in front of signs showing Holocaust victimes? No they have been insane for some time, we are just now getting to the point it is bordering on incitement to get into it with each other, so they can continue looting the coffers.
