Michael Vick – Attacked by Lions
Detroit Lions will be hosting the Michael Vick led Philadelphia Eagles today. Vick gets the start because of a concussion suffered by starting quarterback, Kevin Kolb in the week one game loss to the Green Bay Packers.
Vick entered the game in the second half with the Eagles trailing 20-3. Vick’s elusiveness in the open field and strong arm helped Philadelphia pull within 27-20, before his last drive stalled on fourth-and-1. Vick still finished 16-of-24 passing for 175 yards and one touchdown, and he also ran for 103 yards.
No doubt the Detroit Lions have been preparing for Vick all week long and I look for Vick to struggle against an aggressive Detroit defensive. Dog lovers all over the United States will be a Lions fan today.

And we should hate this person why?
If you think the penalty for dog fighting isn’t harsh enough, seek to have the law changed. Don’t blame Michael Vick.
Well said Rick. Very good point, but animal lovers are unforgiving bunch.
Go, Detroit!
Hope the Pride of Lions have a good day.
