I’m glad you guys liked this clip. Hendrix remains one of my favorites across the years too.
Now these are some significant memories. Thanks. I love this place.
Hi jeanmachine, nice to see you here! And you’re right, it’s nice to trip on the music whether it reminds you of “back in the day” or just good tunes.
Some of us are even getting new music to broaden our tastes from boy bands and sugary pop 🙂
You know, that’s what my kids did for me too! I used to hate hip hop, now I’m a fan.
Hey Oso, you know that Jimi called himself a blues musician don’t you. I’ll find some other of his stuff man. You’ll love “The Wind Cries Mary.”
Not giving my age away, but I saw this show live (on TV).
Me too Mr. Ender 🙂
Was that “third rock from the sun” where Jimi says May we never hear surf music again?
Can’t beat Hendrix man.
SJ that is probably one of my favorite Hendrix pieces. Of course I could never get anywhere close to his guitar work but my little blues bands used to love to do “Hey Joe”, ‘The Wind Cries Mary”, and “Little Red House”. The man was a genius. Thanks for sharing.
