God Hates The New Orleans Saints Again And Other NFL News

Read Time:1 Minute, 0 Second

Yeah yeah. Gratuitous grand-baby picture. Tough shit.  Look at it.

Of all the big news in the NFL about the Ben Roethlisberger suspension being over next week.  Donavon McNabb leading the Redskins out of the throes of haplessness.   Bret Favre and Randy Moss teaming up.   Parity and the Chiefs and Raiders not sucking as much as everyone thought they’d suck, the biggest NFL story this year has got to be  God once again hating New Orleans and the Saints.

God smiled on New Orleans last year.  Drew Brese had a breakout year. Things went their way. Reggie Bush played great.   God forced Bret Favre into throwing five interceptions in the NFC championship game.   But God is fickle.   He once again hates the Saints and New Orleans.   Drew Brese is struggling. The Saint’s defense is struggling.   Reggie Bush was forced to give back his Heisman Trophy.  He would have been forced to last year but apparently God told the NCAA to wait till this year.    Hell. The Saints couldn’t even defeat the lowley Arizona Cardinals Sunday.

This doesn’t bode well for New Orleans. My advice is to make sure your flood insurance is up to date if you live there.

The Chiefs have surprised me, I expected the Colts and Manning to bring them down to earth, but they toughed it out and Manning didn’t throw a TD pass. A creditable loss for KC. The QB only completing half his pass attempts is a cause for concern. But as a Chiefs fan, I’ll take 3-1, but they must improve offensively.

I’m referring to the facts you are presenting, -not the act of presenting them.
