Statue of Saint Antonius foils thief

A thief, along with a female accomplice, entered the St. Benno Church in Munich, Germany with intentions of helping himself to contents of the donation box. But the near life statue of Saint Antonius was having none of that, as the man was about the break into the money box, the statue fell on him, the thief fled the scene with a bloody head. They went to a nearby house and asked for help with his wound. As the kindly people treated his cuts, the female accomplice stole a wallet from them. Police are investigating.
