Joe’s Super Bowl Prediction – And Shameless Grandbaby Pic.
Next weekends Super Bowl has all the makings as one for the ages. Perhaps even bigger than the Wrestlemania that pitted Hulk Hogan against Andre the Giant. (You loved it. You know you did)
The key to victory in my humble and limited opinion will be the running game. And as good as Packer’s running back Starks played against Philadelphia, Green Bay just doesn’t match up against Pittsburgh running the ball. The Steeler’s Mendenhall is a bruiser. Green Bay’s linebackers will be forced to play close to the line of scrimmage to slow him down. That will open up the secondary for Ben Roethlisberger.
Green Bay has a great passing game. As good as the Pittsburgh defense is, the Packers will still score their points. But Pittsburgh will score more despite Green Bay’s outstanding defense. And Big Ben has a chip on his shoulder about his not passing for lots of yardage like Peyton Manning or Tom Brady.
I look for a high scoring game with Pittsburgh winning by four to eight points. 34 to 28. Pittsburgh.

What the damn athiests around here fail to realize also is that part of the prophecy from the appearance of St. Mary at Fatima was a Steelers victory Oso.
Of course they’ll deny it like they always do.
Joe your grandbaby is absolutely beautiful, God has blessed her and you guys bro – shameless plug for Christianity here!
I’m going with the Steelers as well, pretty much go along with your reasoning – and you read it here first – Polamolu will be the difference, dude has a statue of the Virgin Mary in his cube, read that the other day. How can they not win ?
Listen to Holte Lazer. He is wise and a good judge of talent.
I’m picking the Steelers too Joe, against Chicago, the Packers played like a 6th seed team for some of the game, although Rogers is an excellent QB, the whole team of the Steelers will contribute to a close victory.
Troy Polymoulu, or however his last name is spelled, has an extra week to heal and prepare.
Aaron Rogers is still feeling the effects of the head shot Julius Peppers delivered him last week. He’s got Frazier aiming at his head next week. I don’t know if Big Ben is feeling any head shots these days.
Joe, I have a tremendous amount of respect for your sports expertise. It may be unsurpassed in modern day America… but, this time I think you might be a Miller Lite. The defense of the Pack is not small time and they have shown that they can use a four man front to stop the running game. The QB of the year, who hasn’t raped anyone yet, at least publicly, will be too much for the Steelers defense to handle. After all, this isn’t the steel curtain of old. Packers 30 – 24.
