Commentary: Have the lunatics taken over the asylum? Hard Left Obama Haters seek impeachment

The lunatics have taken over the asylum. A facebook page has been set up to encourage the uninformed to sign a petition to “impeach Obama” because he allegedly overstepped his authority by working with the United Nations to provide assistance to Libyan rebels. No doubt this was inspired by Dennis Kucinich supporters, also known as “the gang who couldn’t shoot straight.”
I couldn’t resist looking at the page, and was not surprised to find that that the Obama Haters had no clue as to international law. In their zeal to destroy this president, usually for reasons best kept secret, they will listen to the rhetoric of the Hard Left, which is closely aligning itself to the Hard Right, i.e. The Tea Party.
This is a scam but the scammers may well achieve their goal of helping the Republicans achieve victory in 2012. Only idiots, which some of these folk appear to be, would think that the democrats are going to run some fool like Kucinich or Paul against Obama. Of course there is always Ralph Nader to give the Righties a boost.
I’ve said it before and I will say it again. Those who hate the president may well end up hating the next [Republican] president. Be careful what you wish for because I wouldn’t be a bit surprised to hear that John Boehner, the Hard Left’s new best friend, has introduced a “letter” to the congress attacking the president. Stay tuned folks….

I won’t go as far as wanting PO impeached, that is just really stupid. I will criticize when necessary at the policy blunders and heap praise when deserved. The latter not happening as much as I want and it is, after all, all about me. I’m now wondering if I am really as far left as I think I might be, since I am not a lunatic, nor do I belong in an assylum. I’m totally confused, maybe I’m a republican and just don’t know it.
The extreme right influences the republican party more than the democratic party is influenced by the hard left probably because Americans are more conservative by nature especially in the southern and certain western states. What the left and right both share is zeal, the right couple their zeal with action while the far left with talk.
Good for you. Most people who read my blog know what I feel about the hard left, or the far-left, or whoever the hell they think they are or want to call themselves. Lunatics is an apt starting point.

I once got angry at my neighbour and mixed sugar with the petrol of his leaf blower so it wouldn’t work. It didn’t work but I couldn’t borrow his leaf blower again because it didn’t work.
