Philadelphia’s perverted pedophile priests still preying on children
Out of the dozens of priests under investigation in Philadelphia, only three have been “suspended” by the archdiocese. The rest are still “preaching” to their flock, and only the imagination can supply the visuals for that activity.
The fact is the Vatican is still dragging its holy feet when it comes to disciplining the criminals that staff the Catholic churches throughout the world. One would think that experience alone would have taught them that they need to deal swiftly with the collared criminals before they see stories such as this.
We can take judicial notice of the fact that religion is dangerous to man but it is most dangerous when those entrusted to peddle their wares in the name of a Godly deity are themselves sinners and reprobates. It comes back to the ultimate question: when will they ever learn and how many children will be victimized before they do. Here is the summary of the story from our great friends at Newser:
Dozens of priests accused of sexual abuse are still preaching in Philadelphia, even after a scathing grand jury brought their presence to light. A grand jury last month lambasted the Philadelphia Archdiocese for keeping at least 37 priests credibly accused of improper behavior towards minors in positions that would bring them into contact with more potential victims. Three weeks later, most of those priests are still active in the ministry, the New York Times reports.
The grand jury report brought charges of rape or assault against two active priests, one former priest, and one parochial school teacher, but left the majority of the 37 unnamed. Cardinal Justin Rigali initially insisted there had been no allegations against any active priest. But six days later he placed three of the priests the grand jury had targeted on administrative leave, and hired an outside lawyer to investigate the allegations. “There is a tremendous sense of urgency here,” the lawyer promised.
I had a friend who is a Priest. He became a Priest ’cause he couldn’t get a girlfriend…I kid you not.
He was arrested for fucking a 10 year old boy.
He was found ‘not guilty’.
He was guilty.
I knew it, everyone knew it.
He is no longer my friend.
Mind you…he may well be visited by friends of mine one day.
Nowt to do with me I hasten to add!!!
Perhaps Priests should only be allowed to marry Nuns, therefore making two sets of deprived individuals happy.
I am getting so tired of hearing this type of story from so many countries. When will the stupid bastards in the vatican realise what the Hell is going on, and take appropriate action.
Number one would be allowing priests to marry.
