Fox fails on weather front with idiot Joe Bastardi mocking climate change
I have long suspected that Fox is staffed by idiots. I am now convinced, after watching this little video clip of one of their ridiculous broadcasts wherein their source of information is a rabid Right Winger and conspiracy nut by the name of Joe Bastardi. His very name implies a prejudice born of the middle ages so I won’t bastardize it, or call anyone a bastard. Jumpin’ Joe, however, is a loony toon, if not a bastard. How anyone with an ounce of sense can say that global warming is a vast hoax is beyond my ability to comprehend.

Fox News used a new study that asked whether grilling contributed to global warming to attack supporters of climate change. Guest Joe Bastardi, chief meteorologist of Weatherbell.com and an outspoken critic of climate change, called the study an attack on American tradition.
“It sounds to me like it’s the last gasp of a desperate movement,” Bastardi said. “I think they know things are turning around, the overall global temperature, and they’re trying to grasp at any straw they can get their hands on.”
“Greenhouse gases, there’s another term for them: It’s called plant food,” Bastardi said. “Grill a steak, grill a hamburger and help the trees out.”
Despite what Bastardi said, there is near unanimity among earth scientists in agreeing that climate change is very real and driven by emissions resulting from human activity.

I have arrived at a purely selfish conclusion on this Peter. I have noticed that most all of these idiots are younger than I am and therefore they will have to face this crisis while I will have passed on to become part of the dirt I am buried in. So, screw’em.
Did Joe Bastardi pick that name for himself? Because it is very appropriate.
