Human skin blended with spider silk said to be bulletproof

Dutch artist Jalila Essaïdi and cell biologist Abdoelwaheb El Ghalbzouri have blended spider silk with human skin to produce material that is three times stronger than kevlar.

I’ll bet there’s a lot of people who wish that was available right now. Hard to believe it could really work to stop bullets.
