Hard Left Obama Haters Join Republicans in Condemning Obama

While traveling the cyber-community I inadvertently bumped into an Obama Hater Facebook page. Now this wasn’t a Republican site, this was made up primarily of liberal “friends” who join together to spend their time spreading complete nonsense about Barack Obama.
One of their chief topics beyond the regular nonsense of “Obama is a puppet of the Corporate bosses” and “Obama is owned by Big Oil” is his recent withdrawal of troops from Iraq. Naturally one could only hope that those who love peace, Republicans notwithstanding, would applaud this move by our president. Unfortunately those hopes would be dashed by a quick perusal of the “hate” page.
For example, did you know that the U.S. Military was being privatized? That’s right. According to one learned scholar the armed forces of the United States were being given over to mercenaries. It was pointed out that this shadow “army” is around “division strength” and they are just ready and waiting to march into Iraq, or anywhere else this “war monger” president wants to send them.
Of course the descriptor of the size of the private”army” cannot be supported by any credible research that I could find, nor could I find anything that said the government of Iraq would be welcoming a private army any time soon.
As to the war monger comment don’t you think it strange that this comes on the heels of the president withdrawing from Iraq? You see the Hard Left Obama Haters don’t discriminate boys and girls, they just hate the president and make up reasons why they should. Many of them are still convinced that the United States had some secret army on the ground in Libya. If so it was one of the best kept secrets of the conflict given that we had no ground troops in Libya and pretty much let NATO and the rebels run the show. The Obama Haters, of course would have us in another war.
Did you hear about those “other” wars by the way? No? Well get this: the Obama haters have the U.S. waging war in Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, Uganda, and of course Afghanistan. Wait! There’s more. Did you hear about the super secret prisons in Iraq and Afghanistan? According to the O-haters, the military has special forces units running concentration camp like prisons in at least those countries, and probably all over the world, except maybe Texas, because that would be considered cruel and unusual punishment.
One can only wonder where these people get their information. I suspect a number of them believe the moon landing was filmed at a studio back lot and George Bush actually ordered the bombing of the World Trade Centers, then flew a missile into the Pentagon for good measure. I’ve no doubt they think John Kennedy was killed by Lyndon Johnson, and every war ever fought was about the oil and Elvis is alive and living on an island with Martin Luther King and Bobby Kennedy, soon to be joined by Michael Jackson.
When questioned closely the haters will tell you that they have sources for their information and will sometimes show you links. Of course these connect to sites run by like thinking Hard Lefties who seem just as determined as the Republicans to see the president fail.
In conclusion one must ask the question as to why, coming up on a presidential election year, would Democrats, or so called Progressives, want to join the other side? Do you know why? Let us know in the comment section what you think about the Hard Left Obama Haters.

I ran into one of those “We have secret armies in Libya, Gaddafi was a great guy who gave free cars to everyone and Obama is a CIA tool” liberals the other evening. I asked for proof, viable evidence, not a blog or an article from World Net Daily. I asked for a video of President Obama stating that American troops had killed Gaddafi and proof that the rebels were trained by the CIA. The alleged liberal disappeared. I never got my proof. Because there is none. Don’t fight them with emotion, fight them logic and facts. And call them what they are-Herbal Tea Baggers.

A neo-con friend who has, in the past, sent me some pretty stupid Obama emails, recently sent a sad missive about how genuinely disappointed Americans are with the well-meaning, but inept President. My response was to tell here to plant her false flag elsewhere. And I hit REPLY ALL.
I have read the blogs with the Haters- they are not paying attention.
I don’t think they want to pay attention Frank. In this respect they’re like many of the hard line tea baggers. They don’t want to hear a reasonable argument. It confuses them.
Mike, it used to be that the lefties were at least thinkers. Now they have fallen into the same pack oriented behavior as the the far right wing nuts. So now we have right wing nuts and left wing nuts, the only difference is they just screw differently. 🙂

One of the main beefs from the hard left since Obama took the oath of office is that he didn’t end the war in Iraq within 24 hours. Now he’s getting us out and they’re still bitching. Really. What a bunch of friggin’ imbeciles.
They certainly can be, at least when it comes to Obama.
I would just pay a pretty penny for one of them to tell me what they see as a solution!
Their solution is to run someone against Obama in the primary who suits their peculiar needs. They aren’t politically savvy enough to know a)this isn’t going to happen b)exactly what the republicans want..a divided enemy.
Beyond that they have no solutions.
Here is my issue. I AM a long time (longer than most) leftie and my leftie inclinations lean closer to socialism than anything else. BUT….I live in this country and realize there is just a finite amount of change possible. I am so very concerned that this “throw the bum out” attitude. What IS the alternative these fellow lefties suggest? I can get no answers…none at all. If I had my way I’d still be living on a commune, using the barter systems and opposing violence and imposition at every turn. I live here…I am 67 years old and dammit I believe with my whole heart things could be and have been far worse in my lifetime. Of course they could be better but barring a genuine Second Coming (or as my spiritual belief says first coming) it’s not going to be achieved just hating everybody equally. It will also not be achieved by vague protests and conspiracy theories. I support OWS completely….they are speaking with sincere efforts to effect change. The protestors are not trying to burn down the house!
I too have lived through those tumultuous 60’s which one would think give us an edge, but what the O-haters say makes no sense. It disturbs me that some rather intelligent people sometimes get carried away with their own insanity and that makes it worse because then followers will come. If you ask one why they hate the president they deny that they do, and are only trying to effect change. Well the only change there is to effect is helping elect a Republican. There is the change. In other words, they don’t have a clue. In some cases their hatred masks racism. That’s my take anyway. One thing I do know and that’s were I captaining a ship this is one crew I wouldn’t pick. They are mutinous at the outset and loyalty is foreign to them.
I would suggest, looking through my crystal ball, that the polarization of America has coalesced into versions of a couple of versions of their own perfect world. The far right has its version and the far left its version and both are built upon rumors, half truths and half baked ideologies. Hopefully there are enough of us left somewhere in between to make reasoned judgements in the up coming elections. If the far right is able to push through a candidacy of Perry, Cain, or, God forbid, Bachmann, there will be a clear choice for the voters come November. Lunacy versus rationality. If, by chance Romney manage to get the nomination it will be a choice between whatever Romney really is in between all the flip flops vs Obama, which could be the old Obama of trying to compromise with a room full Tasmania Devils, or the new Obama who is willing to call out the Republicans playing the “No” for what they are, obstructionists.
