Hillbilly-rednecks boo First Lady Michelle Obama at Nascar season finale in Homestead-Miami.
(NEWSR) Michelle Obama didn’t exactly drive NASCAR fans wild yesterday. Some fans started booing when Obama and co-grand marshal Jill Biden were introduced at the NASCAR season finale in Homestead-Miami. The women were there as part of the Joining Forces campaign to support veterans and their families. They stood beside retired Army Sgt. Andrew Barry—a military sniper wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan—and his family as they were presented to the throngs.
Barry was loudly applauded, but some boos erupted when Obama and Biden were announced. Obama’s handlers played down the crowd’s response, saying the boos couldn’t really be heard over the general din and cheers. The women received a standing ovation at a pre-race meet with drivers, AP reports.
Madmikesamerica wonders whether Michelle Obama should have expected anything else from a bunch of obese troglodytes that get their kicks from watching shiny things go fast in a circle for hours on end.

Bill you are so right. I’m surrounded by Nascar nuts and about half of them are home schooled, or no schooled racist fools.
I have never enjoyed NASCAR or the general bunch of people who follow the it. I know that all are not like this but too many are just stupid redneck hicks who wouldn’t know a brain cell if it hit them in the face. They are all about being good Americans except when it comes to showing it.
Yay, way to go about getting rid of the steroetype that some NASCAR fans are not trash. In order for me to get bent about this, it would have had to be a surprise this would happen.

I’m not surprised at this. There are people all around me, NASCAR fans, who have nothing but contempt for the president and his family for one reason: they’re black, and in the Deep South that is not acceptable.
