White House denies knowledge of UFO’s
I believe in UFO’s because I believe there is life on other planets. I also believe that the evidence of unidentified flying objects is substantial-to a point.
The one exception might be that one has to wonder why there are no good pictures of these objects. If thousands of people all over the world claim to see them why hasn’t anyone taken a video or even a still picture that leaves no doubt in the mind of the viewer what they’re looking at.
Here’s the USA Today story summary:
UFO conspiracy theorists will no doubt be drooling over this one. The White House has made a point of denying any contact with extraterrestrials and says it has no evidence of their existence, USA Today reports. “There is no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public’s eye,” Obama administration official Phil Larson wrote on the White House website. “However, that doesn’t mean the subject of life outside our planet isn’t being discussed or explored.”
For anyone still buying this—and one French UFO expert probably isn’t—here’s a rundown of the US government’s official means of contacting ETs:
- SETI. The Search for ExtraTerrestrial Intelligence has telescopes aimed at the sky to overhear alien chatter.
- Kepler. This NASA spacecraft is searching for Earth-like planets in the temperate “Goldilocks” zone of a far-off solar system that may be inhabited by… who knows what.
- The Mars Science Laboratory, Curiosity. When launched, this rover will dig up rocks and soil on Mars to see whether the planet could have been inhabited.
Larson says the odds favor extra-terrestrial life, but cautions that “the odds of us making contact with any of them—especially any intelligent ones—are extremely small, given the distances involved.”
What do you think? Do you think the White House is covering up information or evidence of UFO’s?
I guess like the Loch Ness Monster and the Yeti, we’ll believe in ufo’s when we get our physical hands on one. Until then, it’s like “god”, no evidence. As much as people would like to believe in something, that doesn’t make it so.
I am naturally suspicious of everything the federal government says … the Whitehouse is covering up -something! What, I can’t say, since I do not have that level of security clearance. Even the Vatican has a UFO policy, so why NOT have this intrigue?
The truth is out there!!!
