Dog rescued from frozen river (Video)

Fargo, ND – You’re looking at a dog named Jake, clinging to the edge of an icy river. Luckily, the person wearing the camera is about the step in to save him.
This happened Tuesday in Fargo, North Dakota. The fire department got a call about the distressed black lab and suited up in special water rescue suits to help. They were able to quickly pull the pup to safety.
Jake’s owner said he got away when their invisible fence stopped working. They have since been reunited and Jake is expected to be just fine.
