Erin Andrews wants payback for peephole naked video

Erin Andrews was peeped by a scoundrel with a video camera and she’s not going to take it anymore. Tired of the ribbing, and the ridicule, she plans on kicking some serious butt and going MMA on those responsible.

Andrews wants some payback for all that she endured after a video was secretly shot of her in the nude in a Nashville hotel room three years ago.

ESPN’s most famous sideline reporter has filed a lawsuit seeking a total of $10 million in damages for what happened at the West End Marriott Hotel, near the Vanderbilt campus, according to the Tennessean.

The lawsuit contends she suffered invasion of privacy, negligence and infliction of emotional stress and seeks $6 million from the hotel and $4 million from Michael Barrett, who last year was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in federal prison for stalking Andrews and filming her in hotel rooms through peepholes.

The lawsuit alleges the hotel gave Barrett information about which room Andrews was in, which led to a video of her in the nude going viral on the Internet.

A Marriott spokesman declined comment on the lawsuit, but did tell the Tennessean the company has changed its policies since the incident.
