Vicious Ted Nugent Threatens Obama at NRA Conference

Crazy Ted Nugent relaxing at home.

There are those who dislike the policies of the president.  Politicians on the right side of the aisle constantly bash the White House if they don’t occupy it.  The rhetoric at times is less than lofty with the president openly called a liar during his SOU.

The republican would be nominees were mean, often cruel, and almost always lying about the president’s record.  Never once, however, was his life threatened.  There is an understanding in politics about how far one can go when talking about those folks who don’t agree with you.

That understanding, however, doesn’t extend to vicious racists like Ted Nugent.  His most recent comments reflect a long standing hatred for this president that go beyond policy difference to a deep personal animus that is clearly expressed.

Rocker Ted Nugent’s controversial remarks about President Obama this weekend have put a spotlight on his support of Mitt Romney, as the likely GOP presidential nominee ratchets up his White House campaign.

In the event you’re just hearing about it the MSM was so busy covering Hilary Rosen’s comments about Mrs. Mitt they just ignored Nugent’s vile rhetoric.

Nugent stood by his remarks on Wednesday, according to ABCnews.com.

Nugent slammed the Obama administration and singled out four members of the Supreme Court as not supporting the Constitution during his remarks at the National Rifle Association’s annual conference in St. Louis. Nugent, best known for his hit Cat Scratch Fever, is an NRA board member.

“If you want more of those kinds of evil anti-American people in the Supreme Court, then don’t get involved and let Obama take office again,” Nugent said Saturday. “Because I’ll tell you this right now: If Barack Obama becomes the president in November again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year.”

“We need to ride into that battlefield and chop their heads off in November…Our president, attorney general, our vice president, Hillary Clinton — they’re criminals, they’re criminals.”

Sadly, his comments simply echo the sentiments of millions of like minded Americans, a majority of whom are likely card carrying members of the radical NRA and devout Christians of course.

Nugent’s comments sparked an outcry from Obama’s allies. Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz said in an e-mail to supporters that Nugent’s remarks were “clearly beyond the pale” and called on Romney to denounce them.

Andrea Saul, a spokeswoman for the Romney campaign, said in a statement, “Divisive language is offensive no matter what side of the political aisle it comes from. Mitt Romney believes everyone needs to be civil.”

Asked about Nugent’s comments, White House spokesman Jay Carney did not directly respond to its specifics. “We can’t as a general rule police the statements of every supporter,” Carney said, adding Obama is focused on issues such as the economy.

The U.S. Secret Service is looking into the matter. “We are aware of the situation, and we’re conducting an appropriate follow-up,” said Brian Leary, a Secret Service spokesman.

On Tuesday Nugent defended his remarks:

“This is the Saul Alinsky ‘Rules for Radicals’ playbook,” Nugent told conservative radio host Dana Loesch. “You see, I’m a black Jew at a Nazi-Klan rally and there are some power-abusing, corrupt monsters in our federal government because I have the audacity to speak the truth, to identify the violations of our government, particularly [Attorney General] Eric Holder and the president and [Treasury Secretary] Tim Geithner, ad nauseum.”

“And I spoke at the NRA and I will stand by my speech,” he added. “It was 100 percent positive. It was about ‘We the People’ taking back our American dream from the corrupt monsters in the federal government under this administration with the communist czars he’s appointed. And if anybody has a problem with that, call 1-800-NUMBNUT and Michael Moore will try to explain it to you as he searches for soap.”

The fact that Nugent’s comments were not roundly condemned by Romney’s team, if not the candidate himself, speak volumes about the mind-set of the GOP.  Now threatening the very well being of the president goes on the list of those things which are acceptable in the war of politics.

His comments may have sounded radical. However, He is saying that in November we can end their time in office. Thus cutting their heads off and ending their reign of power.
I for one am running for U.S. Congress in November and feel that if we sit back that our country is going to be lost. We are loosing more and more rights and values everyday to the ones that we thought would have protected us by the constitution. They all have failed.
Obama feels that the constitution means nothing and he is above it. Anyone that feels he is protecting it has been blinded and needs to open their eyes to the truth.
If he were so good, tell me why so many people sought guns and ammunition after his election. It was for the fear of what was to be.
What Obama would do to our freedoms and rights as Americans.

Teds speech reflects the feelings of many Americans as they see this once great country destroyed and our freedoms lost or threatened by obama and his corrupt appointees . I am not in favor of violence toward the government and do not support that , but people are more and more frustrated as they see the destruction of our country by this ill advised and corrupt bunch of radicals in control of the federal government . There will be nothing left of America for our children and grandchildren and having served in the Air Force (proudly) it is absolutely sickening to see the shape our country is in after 3 and one half years of obama and his radical supporters .
A vote for Romney is a vote for our great country to survive , if obama is elected for four more years this country is finished .

Many people are taking Uncle Ted’s promise to be dead or in prison as further incentive to vote for President Obama in November. 😀
