After they wiretapped his phone, they caught him talking about jihad with his mother in 2011. In another recorded conversation, mother Zubeidat Tsarnaeva spoke to a person in southern Russia who is the subject of a separate FBI inquiry, the AP reports. But Russian officials didn’t tell the FBI about the conversations until after the Boston Marathon bombings.

Had federal investigators known about the evidence, they might have had grounds for a further probe, the AP notes. “Would we have gone farther?” a US official asks, per the New York Times. “Maybe, maybe not.” Though jihad was mentioned, the calls didn’t refer to any set plot, the Times notes. Meanwhile, details of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s imprisonment are emerging: He’s in a cell with a solid steel door containing an observation window with a food and medication slot, an official says.

Officials are quietly speculating that mother Zubeidat Tsarnaeva is somehow involved in the bombing, and may be arrested soon by Russian authorities.

There is a weak relationship between severity of pain and degree of oxygen deprivation in the heart muscle (i.e., there can be severe pain with little or no risk of a Myocardial infarction (commonly known as a heart attack), and a heart attack can occur without pain). In some cases Angina can be extremely serious and has been known to cause death. People that suffer from average to severe cases of Angina have an increased percentage of death before the age of 55, usually around 60%.

You can bet the Russians will get to the bottom of it. No United States Constitution to get in the way.

Another leftist attack on the USA constitution and support for statist dogma or an effective pointing out the value of our Constitution and the rule of law.

Just wondering…
