The Church of the Hobby Lobby

First it was Hobby Lobby and then it was Wheaton College which is even worse, and now corporations all over the country are trying to cash in on Jesus.

    Yep, it’s about money, not religion. Wait, religion has always been about money. It’s about being tax exempt and being wealthy.

    Am I wrong to see some irony in the fact that kids are still pressured into making a religious oath every morning even though the Bible forbids it, but these smug buffoons can claim exemption from the law because they think birth control is immoral?

    I expect we’re going to see people demanding a line item veto on property taxes if the schools teach science, or god forbid, sex education.
