Living in England I am often reluctant to open my mouth over issues like this as they are in America but Richard? Really?
Yes he was a violent criminal and yes he had to be stopped, arrested, charged, found guilty and imprisoned for his crime(s).
Had he been armed then surely shooting him would have been a safe solution but, correct me if I am wrong, he was unarmed?
