ISIS Claims It Beheaded Second American Journalist

ISIS, the terrorist organization that even scares al Qaeda, released a video earlier today purporting to show the execution of journalist Steven Sotloff, and it warned the world to end “this evil alliance of America against the Islamic State.”
The White House could not immediately confirm the authenticity of the video, but spokesman Josh Earnest said intelligence officials were working to verify it.
Last month, ISIS murderers released a video showing the beheading of journalist James Foley. That video ended with Foley’s executioner holding Sotloff and threatening to kill him as well unless the U.S. backed down.
While the US hasn’t backed down it appears the president and his administration might in fact be “bogged down” when it comes to making a decision and forming a strategy to deal with the potential threat to the free world.

No, really. We can’t. Not quite sure why, but I know we can’t.
