GOP Thrilled Over Joni Ernst Upcoming Response to State of Union

At first I was upset that the top Republicans didn’t appoint me to give the rebuttal to President Obama’s State of the Union Address. How dare they snub me over the mere fact I actually understand climate change is taking place? How dare they snub me because I think that dialogue and understanding will promote peace far better than 30 plus years of sanctions and threats?
How dare they snub me because I believe a strong middle class with confidence in job security and buying power will drive the economy better than another tax hike for the wealthiest? And I’m excited to see Mitt Romney realizes this also. Too bad it’s four years too late for him.
The real reason for this article is not to whine about the snub. Black folk and people who see racism in everything are doing enough whining about no Black folk being nominated for any Oscars this year. Sure it’s a snub cause I liked Denzel Washington in The Equalizer even though I was wishing he’d just hurry up and shoot the bad guys instead of making a speech. One of the main reasons I thought Pulp Fiction sucked as a movie. Samuel Jackson couldn’t just kill a guy.
The reason for this is that me and America were sent a message by Republican leadership. They want Joni Ernst to give the rebuttal because quite simply we don’t want anyone of intelligence thinking they have a place in our party’s message. Joni won’t regale us with statistics and facts supporting Reaganomics, defense policy or anything. She will mumble meaningless nonsense so the millions who think cornpone bullshit is an exercise in intelligence and good sense will continue to think republicans are best for them and America. They don’t like Blacks and feel Whites are oppressed. Joni will say we’re against affirmative action and welfare. The oppressed whites will hear we want to stop giving stuff to Blacks which will help oppressed whites like them.
Joni will say we need to strengthen sanctions on Cuba and Iran even though there can’t be anything left to sanction. Good the base will say. We hate Cubans and Iranians. Sanctions will teach ’em a thing or two. Wonder why it wasn’t thought of before now? Damn that Obama.
Joni will say we need to strengthen social security. She will advocate free market reforms. The base will say good. Having Wall Street manage the funds will be far better than Washington. How long has Social Security been around? Since the 30’s? It’s due to crash because Washington manages it unlike our fellow Americans in the ban king and investment business who only have our good as the sole purpose for their work. What could go wrong with free bankers and investment houses managing the nation’s retirement account? Like the Holocaust, 2008 never happened. A liberal commie plot. Damn that Obama.
Joni will promise republicans will keep our nation strong. Defense will always be a priority and no expense will be spared. And it won’t cost anyone a cent because tax reform will pay for it by “broadening the base.” She will give her best Carly Fiorina smile when saying that. The base will cheer and say thanks republicans for broadening the base. A fair tax code with everyone paying an equal percentage of income must be good for real Americans. We’re tired of paying less a percentage of income than the wealthiest. We don’t need all these confusing deductions like home mortgage interest and health care costs lowering that percentage even more either. By getting rid of that stuff and the IRS and raising our percentage rate and adding a national sales tax we’ll be paying less, right? Damn you and your progressive tax rate Obama. His rates have the word “progressive” as an adjective. Proof positive they’re a liberal commie plot.
I am no longer angry at republican leadership for not choosing me now that I get it. I am sure Joni Ernst will do a bang up job articulating our message of freedom and defense and low taxes. The intellectual elite won’t get it but real Americans surely will, and their votes are all we care about.

When I heard Senator Pig Castrator was going to give the SOTU rebuttal, I thought, “Sure, when pigs fly!” I was wrong. Damn swine came through the roof last night, landed right in Grandpa Kenawe’s onion soup, shook itself off and ran through the front door, squealing like a GOP senator!

The last one I watched was Bobby Jindal’s rebuttal. He is further proof intelligence is not necessary for a successful career in politics.
