Real Housewives’ Teresa Giudice Gets Huge Gift In Prison

Read Time:52 Second

Teresa Giudice, the star of Real Housewives of New Jersey, has been in prison a whopping three and a half days, and she’s already earned an early release.  Say what you ask?  Yep.  That’s right.  A huge gift, and before you all start whining, yes, it could happen to you as well.  Early release dates are not just reserved for the rich and famous.

The Bureau of Prisons website now has her release date listed as Feb. 5, 2016, People reports. That’s just 13 months, not the 15 she was sentenced to. It’s not clear why she got those two months shaved off, but on Tuesday, her attorney talked to E! and predicted an even earlier release: “Typically, you have to do 85% of that sentence, so that calculation comes out to a little under 13 months,” he said, but then he added, “Our projections are that if nothing changes with her sentence she should be released sometime in early December,” which, of course, would only be 11 months, or 73% of her sentence.

Mornin’ MadMike. How’ve you been? OK. on to the comment.

Token sentence for a piss-ant crime, meted out to a simulacra of a human being. Non-news, non-issue.

We live in a nation of mass-incarceration, where essentially innocent people are warehoused in a broken prison system for lifetimes. Lindsay Lohan, Martha Stewart, and now this un-person get all the headlines and all the attention, serving these stand on your head sentences in these 1-star hotels, while a California 3rd striker gets LWOP in solitary, at Pelican Bay.

My sympathy is not with her, nor is my viewership. Just as her sentence is grossly unfair – not to her, but to the entire true inmate population – likewise so is her success. Countless genuinely talented writers, directors and actors are out there, living on Ramen soup, while this 2-dimensional hologram of a human being is amassing a fortune.

I won’t watch her, I won’t watch the Duck Rednecks, and I won’t watch Baby Poo-poo.

Now, ask me how I really feel.

Well my friend, to begin with I’m having a nice morning. There’s six inches of snow on the ground, a wind-chill of -15, and the sun is shining. How could life be better? Now back to the subject at hand I couldn’t agree with you more 🙂 🙂

Most law is established upon precedent. There is precedent for this.

Lindsay Lohan set most of them true, but that’s still precedent.

Happens all the time. Everyday I suspect.

Seriously? This is news? The only surprise this bimbo should be expecting is a prison dyke gangbang.

LOL! She might like that, and that’s more TV than reality 🙂 Get it? Reality? As in reality show? OK. I’ll shut up now.

Yeah since prison rape is really funny isn’t it? You knew I would say something, like I always do, so don’t be shocked because I have. I need to tell you guys more often than not that prison rape, hell any rape is a bad thing.

If I read the articles about her correctly, she is in that prison where Orange is the new Black is filmed. I don’t watch that either so there is that.

You don’t watch Orange is the New Black? You should. You would LOVE IT! Guaranteed. Actually it isn’t set at Danbury, although Piper Laurie, the person the show is built around, served her time there. They use another facility for the actual filming.

No, not even she should expect rape in prison. Is she a boil on the butt of humanity thinking she can get away relatively easy compared to others most certainly, but rape is not something anyone deserves.

I have to agree with that Jess.
