Crazy Pat Robertson Tells Grieving Mother Dead Baby Could Have Been Next Hitler

Today on “The 700 Club,” a viewer asked host Pat Robertson what she should say to a coworker who asked her, “Why did God allow my baby to die?”
He responded that it is possible that the coworker’s three-year-old child died as a result of human error at the hospital: “Are you going to blame that on God? That’s not God, that’s people who are making mistakes.”
Robertson, who once said at a faith healing that God could bring a dead baby back to life, continued that perhaps the child would have turned out to be the next Adolf Hitler, and therefore it is better that the woman’s child is in Heaven rather than becoming a murderer.
“As far as God’s concerned, he knows the end from the beginning and He sees a little baby and that little baby could grow up to be Adolf Hitler, he could grow up to be Joseph Stalin, he could grow up to be some serial killer, or he could grow up to die of a hideous disease,” Robertson said. “God sees all of that, and for that life to be terminated while he’s a baby, he’s going to be with God forever in Heaven so it isn’t a bad thing.”

This man isn’t going to heaven.
He’s a liar a thief and an instigator of hate toward anyone who doesn’t agree with his holier than thou attitude.
My sympathies are certainly with anyone who loses a child. To diminish that grief by insulting the parents intelligence is disgusting.
That’s all Pat Robertson is.
A disgusting, vile and evil man. A leach who feeds on others.
May he swiftly lose what’s left of his mind
and leave us to a better place without him in it !!
What an embarrassment to humanity.
I suppose that for some, having a God for whom you need an apologist is more comforting than knowing that “THINGS HAPPEN”. This “all loving God” needs an explanation, and since there is not, the apologists can make up whatever shit they want! To me, it’s better to say “things happen – there is no reason” then to say “gobbledygook, God, gobbledygook, it’s all for the best”! “Things happen” is unexplainable, but true! No one has to predict possible nastiness avoided!
I feel bad for the mom, but worse still for the excuses and apologies given by Pat Robertson! It all seems so patronizing to me! Yes, her personal tragedy needs to be worked into Pat Robertson’s story – after all, it is, in the end, all Pat Robertson…
Pat “Blood Diamonds” Robertson needs to go to heaven himself and the sooner the better. I won’t bother to list his crimes, it’s all available to anyone who looks, but the worst of it isn’t about stealing from the poor to invest in slave labor mines and support cannibalistic African dictators, it’s giving us arguments so moronic you can’t believe anyone would agree with him.
Ask why God would kill a baby so it wouldn’t become Hitler while he certainly let Hitler be born and live a long time. Ask why he would kill a baby rather than cure the disease. There are worms with too much intelligence to buy this crappola and yet people give him money — lots and lots of money
