Why Women Are Better Than Men

Read Time:4 Minute, 28 Second

Should I duck now or can I say something before someone launches a verbal nuke at me? Women are not equal to men as in men are not equal to women. This ‘equality’ thing is utter utter garbage and, ultimately, prevents the type of equality that should exist for men, women, gays, ethnic minorities and everyone else.

Did you know that in the 21st Century there are still women doing the same job as men – and, in my experience doing it better too – who are STILL earning less than their male counterparts?

Ridiculous.

Bizarrely, one of the reasons for this extraordinary situation is ‘The Equality Act’ along with numerous ‘discrimination acts’.

Certainly the days when a woman doing the same job as a man up to and including ‘middle management’ earned considerably less are, thankfully, long gone but it is not the more ‘mundane’ positions of which I speak. (And when I say ‘mundane’ I do apologise to anyone who now thinks their job is merely ‘mundane’. It’s not my bloody fault if you have a ‘mundane’ job is it??)

You see things like ‘The Equality Act’ – it might be ‘The Equalities Act’ actually but what ever – were only designed for us ‘plebs’. Lesser mortals like us were unequal and it was about time we were made equal – and damn right too!

Unfortunately, not unlike Communism, some remained ‘more equal than others’. There was always an excuse why the woman earned less than the man or why the Pakistani earned less than the white guy and that was pretty much sorted by ‘The Equality Act’ and so forth but, well, it wasn’t really.

Every other day you hear a news story about some woman who is suing her former employer for not paying her as much as her male counterparts. There aren’t many causes that I support wholeheartedly but this is one I do.

‘The Cause’ is this. Well, it is to me anyway.

“All people are born equal” – so far so good.

“All people should be treated equally regardless of gender, race, disability etc” – Yep – sounds good to me.

“Common sense should be applied where necessary” – oops.

That’s the bit that causes the problems really. Actually I doubt ‘common sense should be applied where necessary” is even vaguely mentioned in any ‘equalities act’ but that, I venture to say, is the main problem.

For example, should the England ladies national football (soccer) team be paid as much as the men? The England ladies have, for the first time ever, made the semi-final of the World Cup – whether they are in the final or not by the time you read this, it’s a damn sight better than the men have done for a long time.

No. They shouldn’t be paid as much. Why? Women’s football (soccer) is a minority sport in England and the gate receipts for Women’s soccer along with sponsorship and so forth come to ‘peanuts’ in comparison to the men’s game.

Women soccer players and men soccer players are not equal and will never be unless the women’s game evolves one day to match the men’s in terms of financial success.

Besides, if the England ladies played the men’s national side they would be run off the pitch and beaten into oblivion. Not because they aren’t very good – they have to be to get as far as they have up to me writing this – but, the bottom line is this.

Women are designed differently to men physically (get away) and can never compete equally in physical sports of this nature. Argument for equality over.

That’s the problemo people.

As long as there are men – and it’s almost always men – who think, quite rightly, that women are inferior to men in certain physical sports purely because of the physical design and capability of men and women they then seem to go on and think that women are not equal to men period. (There’s probably a pun here somewhere but I think I’ll leave it) 😉

Not only are women far superior to men – in my experience – in far more things than men are superior to women, even in the 21st Century, women are still often treated as inferior creatures not worthy of the same monetary rewards as men.

As a species we really need to grow up.

Well, men do anyway.

I could continue with the racial inequality thing too – so I will.

I have worked with Pakistani’s, African Caribbean’s, Eastern European’s and Chinese in Britain over my working life. Almost invariably I somehow managed to be earning more than any of them until I went to Heathrow Airport to work when equality really kicked in. Why? How many guesses do you need?

Mind you, as a Union Convenor, I was shocked at how ‘sexist’ and ‘racist’ the union was! Excuse me? We are ‘the union’ and our membership covers gender and race and we’re sexist and racist?

They were you know.

Well, if the supposedly ‘left wing’ union are still sexist and racist in the 21st Century where the hell does that leave us then?

I would also like to state for the record that, as a driving instructor, women are far far better than men in every aspect of driving – apart from the backwards reverse thingy but we’ll gloss over that eh ladies? 😉

I’d like to just say, if women’s sport was attended and yes funded to the levels men’s sport is they might get paid more. Look at the USA women team that just won that game, the men’s team has not won anything but they get paid 40 times more than the women, basketball same thing, golf same thing. I think the only sport that is almost equal is tennis if I am not mistaken.

…and tennis only equalised things fairly recently…the argument was that women don’t play as many games or sets as the men and, indeed they don’t, but that’s just the physical restrictions that women have in comparison to men purely through the different genetic make up.

The ‘entertainment value’ of women’s tennis far outweighs the men’s game if you ask me.

All those lithe young bodies in little skirts and….I’ll shut up now 😉

Norman, I quite agree with you. It is interesting to note that in the animal kingdom the species that are led by females are usually successful without being war or violent types. While they certainly have the capacity to be violent in necessary to protect their group their is very little violence among their group. In this country we have yet to have a national female leader I think it will be interesting when we do. Other countries, Germany for example, seems to have done very well with a female leader. Perhaps we may soon learn about this also.

In addition to all that, women smell better, look better, are better mannered and don’t need to be congratulated for a loud fart or belch. It’s a wonder they’re not all lesbians. I know I’d be one if I were a woman. “Viva la difference” only applies if one is a male.
