Navy Secretary: Open USMC Infantry-Special Operations to Women

I remember back in the ’70’s when so many police officers, including me, felt that women had no place on the line.  They were too small, emotional, had women problems, kids, and etc.  The rhetoric was high as was the bullshit, because that’s all the objections turned out to be.  Women now play as important a role as their male counterparts and I submit so will the women who wear the uniform of the United States Armed Forces.  One man it seems has the courage to publicly admit that and make recommendations.

Of course women who qualify should be allowed to fight alongside the men. Good for you Mr. Secretary.
