Drinking Cranberry Juice May Improve Heart Health In 24 Hours
Cranberry juice appears to be somewhat of a natural miracle drug, recommended for urinary tract infections, and other odds and ends. The most important finding, however, is the latest research which indicates that drinking the red stuff may protect against heart disease.
Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States, killing an estimated 610,000 people each year, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported.
