Peter is correct. We republicans base our political lives and fortunes on the ignorance and bigotry of the masses. The real truth is we don’t care about gun control or Obamacare. Just that the issue exists so people too dumb or closed minded to figure out how we’re screwing them think we’re fighting to end it.
