Believe It Or Not the Democrats Are Actually Unified
“To the Bernie or bust people,” Sarah Silverman said, “you’re being ridiculous.” The comedian, a Bernie Sanders supporter, had taken the stage at the Democratic National Convention. She and Senator Al Franken, the former comedian and longstanding Hillary Clinton booster, were doing a shtick about bringing the party together. As the Bernie chants rose, a frustrated…

I am still not a diehard Hillary fan, but I am farther from being one who would accept graciously the presidency of the narcissist, racist, constantly lying, Donald Trump. I know that it is not pleasant to be voting AGAINST instead of FOR a candidate, but as I have said, the one selected as president this year will be either Hillary Clinton or Donald J Trump! If you don’t like either, then maybe you do have to vote against; voting for Jill Stein is voting for Trump! And perhaps, in four years, both the Republican and the Democratic parties will get their acts together and vote for acceptable nominees! If you love America, or have hopes and/or expectations or desires for our country, then you need to choose to vote AGAINST Donald J Trump! If he gains the White House, then there may not be a country IN four years for which the Republicans or Democrats to nominate presidential possibilities!
By the way, I don’t dislike Hillary because of emails or trustworthiness or Benghazi or any of the other ridiculous things that the media has been trying to get us to hate about her! Those are all nonsense and nonissues! I personally don’t like her hawkishness, but it’s nothing compared to Donald Trump who’s ready to ally with Putin to make the whole world ruled by one person – in Trump’s case, ultimately him…
Oh, and Bernie Sanders agrees!
I like Hillary, and don’t find her “hawkish.” She was one of the 90+ senators that voted for the Iraq war based on manufactured evidence. Given such evidence, and not knowing it was manufactured, I also would have voted for war, and I hate war, but know that it is a necessary evil.
