Republicans: Melania Trump’s Plagiarized Speech Was Michelle Obama’s Fault

Republican means never having to say you’re sorry for plagiarism or, for that matter, anything else.
I don’t get the big fuss over Donald Trump’s hot wife lifting a few lines from President Obama’s hot wife. It’s a proven fact we republicans lie like hell all the time. We always lie about how great Reagan was, and that’s mostly because, in grand republican fashion, he lied about Iran/Contra. Then there’s the big lie of Reaganomics that is slowly but surely destroying the middle class, It doesn’t matter though as they vote for republicans anyway because we tell lies they are desperate to believe.
The first Bush lied about no new taxes. The second Bush was a liar of the greatest magnitude. Just to be safe and secure his place in history he surrounded himself with really grand liars like Cheney and Rumsfeld. Sad that poor Colin Powell got sucked into it. Sadder that he didn’t run with the weapons of mass destruction lie though or he’d have been our first Black President. Why he still thinks of himself as a republican is a mystery to me as we really want him to go away. At least Linda Tripp got the message after she did our will and talked Monica into handing over the infamous blue dress.
Getting back to the matter at hand, no doubt Mrs. Trump’s speech was lifted from other sources. Who cares? I mean other than a bunch of whiny liberals waiting for the next baby parts auction at the local Planned Parenthood facility. (Now that’s a lie worthy of Reagan! Now that the liar and sex fiend Roger Ailes is out at Fox News maybe they’ll see this and give me his job.) But really folks. It doesn’t matter that Melania’s speech was plagiarized. Listen to all the First Lady and First Lady in waiting speeches and they all sound like that. “We dream of a world our children can grow up safe and achieve their dreams through hard work.”
The most annoying one was given at the Dole convention when the congresswoman who’s name I forgot wore the ridiculous grin that Carly Fiorina perfected and made the conventioneers sit through her talking about her new baby and how she wanted the world she, or he, forgot that also, to be safe and full of dreams come true babble. Republicans only care about wealthy republican baby dreams coming true. We pay the lion’s share of taxes to give the moochers that Mitt Romney spoke of to support public schools and universities so the rest of you can serve us better in addition to keeping you out of schools like Wharton so our children won’t be tainted by silly ideas of economic disparity.
Taken a step further we all remember then Senator Obama’s keynote address at the 2004 Democratic Convention. He said we’re not White of Black America. We’re the United States of America. A line I’d heard hundreds of times since I became interested in politics. The Dems all say the same stuff about income inequality and fair taxation and racial and religious tolerance. The repubs say the same stuff about low taxes and less regulation and “they” wanting to kill us. Islamic radicals and any other minority I suppose. That’s the message anyway. The same message.
I get tickled when a young republican like the now disgraced Aaron Schock comes along as a new face with new ideas and energy and says exactly the same crap we republicans have been saying since Nixon. Call it plagiarism if you want. I call it a young man telling old men the shit they want to hear to get ahead. An exercise of the American Dream. If you’re not born into it, suck up your way into it. Like my former friend Donald says: drop to your knees. Not that his wife did that. No doubt he married her for her mind. Ironically that’s the hard way.
Sad that the Democrats won’t even be able to use this to take Trump down. Republicans are already convinced it’s all Michelle Obama’s fault. Some Muslim chicanery. And that’s more believable than thinking Melania needed any help from Michelle, at least to us good republicans anyway.

Come on people! Grow up! At least try and act like adults.
Exactly. They all say the same things so does it really matter what the candidates wife or husband says? I wrote a campaign ad years ago that was almost exactly what Melanie and Michelle said. No brained stuff about values instilled by parents.
