The real question is whether the hard-to-establish “danger” necessitates listing it as the world’s most dangerous drug — far too dangerous to allow research and at best, some radicals may allow a dying person a toke or two as long as they don’t enjoy it. If it made you feel sick and had serious side effects it would be at Walgreens and CVS right now. I’ll wager that eating at McDonalds is thousands of times more dangerous.
