This fucking guy! Privileged and wealthy. Fuck him!
While I would look to my dog for guidance on law, morality, ethics and history before I would look to movie stars and athletes and other entertainers, I have to affirm his right to be wrong.
And wrong he is as people who base their politics on anger. The false equivalence of the “proven liar” thing should be enough to shut down his tirade like the blade of a guillotine. It’s no worse or no more infantile than the kids who showed up at the debate with signs about student loans as though that were the big issue, but we all tend to think everything is all about us. but what gets me about Mr. football hero here is his overt racism. He seems to be one of those people who just know that all non-africans are racists and owe him something because of their race. That no non-african every had anything to do with improving the status of those of African descent and all share some kind of original sin by virtue of their genetics.
As I said, one has a right to be an asshole and one has a right to be a millionaire for doing nothing that benefits anyone but him, but here’s my First Amendment finger dude.
People seem to forget that racism goes both ways. This guy, as you point out, seems to illustrate that point. Not only does he hate police, all police, it’s clear he thinks black people are entitled to some sort of privilege. No single race is entitled. We are all the same, except in this clown’s world.
