Oppressed Christian White Guys Are More Entitled To Sit During the National Anthem

As an oppressed Christian white guy I feel strongly that me and my brother oppressed Christian white guys are the ones who should be sitting as protest during the national anthem. Not the coddled minorities and their new hero, Colin Kaepernick.

As a republican I see no hypocrisy when we decry political correctness while whining about things we feel are politically incorrect like not saluting the Flag. We understand the difference between patriotism and obedience and respect to our leaders and making up stuff about the despicable Muslim Kenyan President Obama.

Yes indeed our feelings were hurt when Colin refused to stand for the National Anthem. Our feelings were hurt when Blacks and other minorities told us Black lives mattered. We said all lives matter and that’s exactly why we never showed up at any Black Lives Matter rallies. It’s why we put signs and bumper stickers in our yards and on our cars that say we support law enforcement rather than complain that a few black guys got shot by the police.

The real oppressed are Christian white guys like me. Especially the real wealthy ones. They get hit up for donations all the time. They get insulted by the likes of Bernie Sanders and others whose feelings are hurt since we control 90% of the wealth. It would serve Bernie and Hillary and people claiming to be oppressed if us Christian white guys decided not to stand for the national anthem. Maybe that would wake up America to our plight. It’s not easy being treated with more respect from service workers and others simply because we’re white and attend church services. You think it’s easy being qualified for an American Express card? It’s far easier being poor and having no responsibilities. But do we get a break? Hell no! All we get is to be the brunt of jokes from uppity minority comedians and loads of junk mail asking us to switch or sign up for another Platinum Visa card.

Then we show up at church in a new Expedition or Heaven forbid, a Lexus or BMW, the moochers have their hands out like Democrats demanding we donate more cause we simply have a nice vehicle to help us cope with the pain of having money and credit to have a nice vehicle.

It’s one of the mysteries of faith that God allows us white Christian men to be so oppressed. But it’s a mystery so we don’t question why God does this. We do question why America treats us so badly though. It’s really not fair. We gladly raise the minimum wage every ten years or so and we get pilloried for a measly tax cut for the rich guys who pay for everything. It’s not our fault we get to write a bunch of expenses off our taxes while people who don’t make much money can’t cause they don’t make enough money to be able to deduct stuff like we do.
Sometimes I wish I were a Muslim. The liberal press and liberals everywhere fall all over themselves deifying Muslims while attacking any and everything Christian. These people act like the Inquisition is still happening. It is but it’s the liberals inquisitizing us white Christian males.

Nobody cares about us. Sure we can yell at the cop that wrote us a ticket and not worry about getting shot. And maybe we can walk through the liquor store without a clerk following us the whole time. And sure Jesse Jackson feels a sense of relief when it’s a white guy on the same dark street as him. But despite all that, it’s we Christian white guys that are the real oppressed. We’re the victims.

We’re the ones that should be sitting during the National Anthem to protest how we’re treated by society. All we ask is to be treated as equals and have the same opportunities as everyone else. To be treated with respect. To live in a Nation that cares about all its citizens equally. This is totally different from what Mr. Kaepernick and his ilk want. Isn’t it?
