As the code states, stating the necessity (need) is in violation. I only quoted part and I think the man is clearly in violation, but as we all know, it’s not illegal when Republicans do it. Not paying taxes? Taking deductions for contributions you never made? Using your charitable trust for buying sports memorabilia for your office? Bribing an attorney general so she won’t charge you with fraud? Phony businesses, stiffing suppliers?

As I said, it’s not criminal when they do it.

Of course, it is possible that he simply referring to the fact that people may need to go to war. It’s not as blasphemous or fanciful, but it’s possible to consider is despicable rhetoric in a different way.

Deplorable is one thing, Felony is another:

18 U.S. Code § 2385 – Advocating overthrow of Government
Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; etc.etc.

Suffice it to say, he faces up to 20 years imprisonment for even an insinuation of violence.

And the whore Media tell us calling someone deplorable for advocating armeed violence is terrible? Next person I hear say “fair and balanced” is getting a steel toe boot up his arse. This is not the sort of thing the Justice department should ignore!
