It’s Time to Repeal the Ten Commandments

Being a committed republican it is with a heavy heart that I must demand repeal of the Ten Commandments.

Loving freedom means being free of the tyranny of not just burdensome government regulations, but all regulations no matter their origins and intent.
The fact is regulations kill jobs and stifle entrepreneurial activity. As bad as Obama’s EPA and other government regulating agencies are, the Ten Commandments are even worse for job creation and wealth building. Two of the worst commandments are the ones prohibiting lying and stealing. Almost as bad are the ones regarding adultery and coveting thy neighbor’s goods. I have no doubt these silly, job killing rules were the product of rigging, just as liberals are planning to rig the election to keep Trump from becoming president and having the power to revoke these economy destroying rules.

Lies are important to save America from destruction. Republican lies anyway. We’re still operating under the lie of Reaganomics trickle down silliness and America hasn’t been destroyed yet so there is all the proof you need. My friends at the club have a good laugh now and then at the deluded fools that think giving reaganomics more time will eventually make the middle class more wealthy when the reality the longer it is in force it’s the middle class that will be destroyed. But that will make America greater. Desperate people are compliant as long as they don;t resort to criminal behavior. But we can always toss the criminals over the wall that Mexico will pay for and let the Mexicans deal with them. That’ll show em for sending us their murderers and rapists and a few decent people I assume.

It’s important also that we repeal the First Commandment in which God says he is the Lord and nobody else is. That sounds too much like Islams big rule about Allah being the one God. We can’t have Christianity confused with Islam so this one needs to be repealed as well.

There’s a lot of stuff in The Bible that needs to be repealed. All the damn parables should go. Republicans especially hate the one about overcharging interest on moochers. That’s as anti business and growth anecdote as you can get.

There are a few passages that if properly edited to reflect the views of a good republican God that may pass the muster. Deuteronomy 5:21, depending on which version of the Bible one is reading is a good example. It says you shouldn’t covet your neighbor’s wife, maidservant, manservant or ox. Nor should you covet his ass. No doubt the first part of this regulation was rigged to make Donald Trump look bad for simply wanting to take advantage of his celebrity and grad the naughty bits of beautiful women. The part about coveting a guy’s ass can stay though since it ties in with our republican hatred of Gay stuff.

The Democrats claim to be the party of fairness. But the reality is all these rules and regulations thrust upon us by the Bible and government aren’t fair. Trump and all republicans only want to be treated fairly. Bad enough we’re taxed by an elected government. We also have to pay God, a guy nobody voted for, 10% of our income. He calls it a tithe. it’s still a tax even though at least it’s a flat tax. I guess that makes my good friend Steve Forbes happy but when it comes to taxes the only person republicans listen to is Grover Norquist who hates all taxes no matter who levies them.

Donald Trump recently said we could eliminate 2/3 of government regulations. A real republican believes we can get rid of all of them and create a freer America. And without the burden of silly things like OSHA, the EPA and building inspectors job creators would be free to make more money than ever without the burden of employee or building structure safety.

Eliminating the FDA would be a boon to the pharmaceutical industry. Imagine the profits and growth if silly things like demanding medicines cure people and not harm them don’t have to undergo burdensome government tests to make sure they work. I could go on about all the stuff government does to “protect” us, but the fact is we’d be better off if it didn’t. People that can’t afford to are living far too long as it is, placing a tremendous burden on society. Eliminating regulations would enable these people that should be dead far sooner than they die would save Social Security and Medicare.

In addition to saving the wealthy job creators the burden of higher Social Security taxes because the overreaching government started taxing all earnings to raise enough money to pay moochers for living too long. As usual, the benevolent upper classes must pay for everything and get nothing in return but envy and vilification. That nonsense had Biblical roots also. Herod really wasn’t that bad a guy. Just a better developed and realistic social conscience. And this conscience demands an end to regulations. As Dick Cheney would say, “Trust me. The unregulated will greet us with flowers and candy.”

Puzzles me, the idea that Christians are given ten commandments. They weren’t and Jesus freed them from the law as at least one Gospel tells us. The Jews got 613 commandments, but who’s counting? It’s no small thing as Hammurabi only came up with 230.

But it’s true and we don’t need no laws, or education for that matter. Think of the fun we’ll have!
