In Face Of FBI Challenge Could Trump Go All ‘Kim’ On Us?

It’s a showdown between the FBI and Trump with the director insisting that the The Donald’s latest schizotypal manifestations, insinuating that the agency broke the law in a very major way and that the former president ordered it, are completely baseless.
Director Comey is trying to get the justice department to confirm that it’s baseless and irresponsible, if not felonious. A refutation of such a charge and demand by a sitting president would be a stunning rebuke to all the Spicers, Conways and con-men that would be hard to wash away.
If the justice department, which apparently has yet to comment, joins in by dismissing it or refuting it, Trump will have painted himself into a corner. If he doesn’t back down and if the director doesn’t back down, it’s going to be something for the history books, sort of like a contest between an irresistible force and a giant pile of shit. One wonders what a victory might look like.
Perhaps they’ll investigate nonetheless and cement an undying hatred for Trump and his gang in the FBI and the Justice Department. Trump could try to fire Comey or even fire the entire justice department. He might sit on the floor in a puddle of urine and cry. He could barricade himself in his bedroom or he could go all Kim and start executing people or merely run howling up and down the halls of the Palm Beach Kremlin. He has no real way out of this that I can see other than to resign or to “start winning wars.”
