New Age Airhead Melania Trump Calls On ‘Power of Nature’ To Heal Desperately Sick Children

On occasion I feel a twinge of pity for Melania, because she’s, well, pathetic, but it never lasts long. I read this morning how during a visit to a Children’s Hospital in Washington, D.C. Wednesday, she called on “the power of nature” to heal seriously ill children. Evidently she’s another “new age” airhead who doesn’t believe in medicine. Not surprising for a youngish person who has been isolated from reality for years and steeped in fad diets and mystery cures and shamanism.

Whatever her excuse may be, or her explanation, what it reduces to is a kind of fatalism blended with magic. “Every man, woman and child for himself.” Of course I can’t blame that prevalent attitude on “conservatives” alone. They’re only rationale is to avoid paying anything for anyone else at any time, unless it’s nuclear weapons.

It’s the anti-science, anti-medicine, anti-technology people who live in their own fake world of fear who enrage me most. Saw a facebook post yesterday about how Gardasil, the vaccine for HPV is killing women and girls. It’s a made-up narrative, but the idiot public believes more easily than they breathe and so the lie goes on and people go on dying when they don’t have to.

First Lady Melania Trump paid a visit to Children’s Hospital in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, where she called on the power of nature to heal seriously ill children.

As her husband plans to repeal the Affordable Care Act, a move that could strip health care coverage from up to 13 million children, Melania Trump talked with patients and their families about “how the gift of nature and the beauties of the outdoors can contribute to the healing process,” according to the hospital.

“I am a passionate believer in integrating and interpreting nature’s elements into our daily lives to create a warm, nurturing and positive environment,” said Melania Trump, according to a statement released by the hospital. “I believe that these same natural benefits can be instrumental to enhancing the health and well-being of all children.”

So sure, when Melania gets melanoma, she’s going to forget about “Nature” cures and go to a doctor. How about your kids, after you just lost your job in the coming Trump Depression? Not so much.
