Dwayne Johnson was born in Haywood, California, making him a natural-born U.S. citizen, as required under the U.S. Constitution to be President. He also has Canadian citizenship.

This means Dwayne Johnson can serve two terms in office as President, and then after those eight years are up, go north into Canada and become the Prime Minister of Canada.
