The only time I weigh myself is when I go for a doctor’s appt. I know I am gaining or losing weight by my clothes either fitting me or not. I workout daily and eat clean so I don’t go by what a scale says. That’s just me though, it’s different for everyone.

I weigh every Sunday. I’ve lost 40 pounds in the last two years and want to lose 10 more. I exercise, but not as much as I should. The key to weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. I need more of that 20% 🙂

I’ve lost around 10bs in the last few weeks. 10 pounds I cannot afford to lose because I fluctuate between 100-105 lbs on a good day. Ice cream and chocolate are filling in for my good snacks till I gain some of that back. I think it has to do with the fact I am running more to keep me out of my own head temporarily.
