Comment Policy

We feel incredibly lucky to have such an active and engaged community. You’re not shy when it comes to telling us what you think, which is one of the main reasons MMA was created in the first place.

We don’t like to moderate comments, and as regular readers will be aware, we have no issue with publishing pretty much anything you submit (positive or negative). However, some comments have no place on a story and for the reasons outlined below, we have no choice but to remove them.

We reserve the right to publish, share or otherwise market comments.  Once you leave a comment it becomes the property of MMA.  We will never share your personal information with anyone.

Comments not related to the post – We don’t see the point in allowing comments which have no relevance or are completely unrelated to the post.

Comment Fields – Although there are several fields evident in the comments section, i.e. name, email address, website, it is NOT NECESSARY to fill out all of these fields in order to post your comment.

Offensive behavior – Pretty straightforward really, The comment forum isn’t a place for offensive behavior of any kind. Fundamentally that applies to unnecessary or gratuitous swearing and /or abusing readers or contributors without provocation.  If you insult any author or contributor without cause your comment will be deleted.  A spirited debate is encouraged but name calling is not.

Personal details – We don’t recommend leaving phone numbers or email addresses in the comments section.

Links Outbound links, including videos, are not permitted in comments and will be removed.

Posting your comment – Make certain to remain on the page until your comment appears.  If you leave the page before the comment loads your comment will not appear.

Please ensure that certain members are not allowed to destroy the reputation of 1950s women pension campaign groups in the UK who are already on their knees. His posts this week have been particularly damaging and has alienated thousands of potential readers when he spectacularly turned on them because they questioned his motives.

Newt Gingrich has accused Obama of being “anticolonialist” in his views. So was a miscreant named George Washington. In fact Washington took up arms against the British. He wasn’t even born in the United States, but in a British colony named Virginia. Newt (Cornwallis) Gingrich, if he lived at that time, would have taken Washington, Adams, and Jefferson to the gallows. If he becomes President, he may try to return thirteen colonies to the Crown.
