SC LT. GOVERNOR: DON’T FEED THE POOR. THEY’LL BREED!

Read Time:56 Second

A Republican vying to replace Mark Sanford as the next governor of South Carolina let one slip a couple of days ago, further embarrassing his state.

GREENVILLE, SC (WIS) — Lt. Gov. Andre Bauer is defending his comment which compared government assistance programs to “feeding stray animals.”

Bauer made the comparison during a town hall meeting Friday in Fountain Inn. He was saying poor parents of students who eat free or reduced-price meals in school cafeterias should be required to attend parent-teacher conferences, or the students should go without.

“My grandmother was not a highly educated woman, but she told me as a small child to quit feeding stray animals. You know why? Because they breed,” Bauer said, according to the Greenville News. “You’re facilitating the problem if you give an animal or a person ample food supply. They will reproduce, especially ones that don’t think too much further than that. And so what you’ve got to do is you’ve got to curtail that type of behavior. They don’t know any better.”

Bauer did apologize following heavy criticism from the press and colleagues.

Beach,
how about “think Sarah Palin with a limp penis”.

Oh yeah, I’ve talked to Mike enough over the phone for him to know why I would know this but all through the state government and many of the elected officials its widely accepted that Bauer is a complete and utter idiot. Think Sarah Palin with a penis.

And he stands a better than average chance to be our next governor.

C.J. That is one of the reasons I like Charleston so much. Funny thing though, a Christian separatist group chose Charleston to settle in a few years ago. Now the Upstate or even the suckass Midlands would have been far more welcoming but they picked the one island of liberalism in the entire state, go figure.

Mike, there is one benefit in living in such a state. Being around such idiots does great things to my self-esteem…if it doesn’t drive me crazy first.

I used to live in Alabama. That place is just as assbackwards as S.C. and Georgia. Although I have friends who live in Charleston who are extremely liberal and open-minded.

DON’T FEED THE POOR. THEY’LL BREED!

OMG!!! I just realized…the poor are…TRIBBLES!!!

All this time I thought it was Parris Island that turned me against South Carolina but now I know it’s most of the idiots that live there. I have said for a long time that they should cut around the borders of S.C and kick that sucker adrift into the Atlantic Ocean. Holte, it used to be that Georgia could say “thank God for Alabama” and Alabama could say “thank God for Mississippi”. Now Mississippi has a state to thank God for … South Carolina. They have tumbled to the very bottom of the human heap.

Bwhahahhahhahaha!

It’s good to laugh amid all the absurdity, yes?

Oh, and his apology was sooo very degenerate and backhanded. But then, SC seems to be breeding quite a few degenerates in it’s political ranks, lately. Wait a minute…Oh, yeah, I nearly forgot about Strom Thurmond, so they’re all just following his lead, I suppose.

We are no different here in Georgia, Gov. Sonny Perdue is a pearl, as are our Sens. Saxby Chambliss and Johnny Isakkson and not forgetting my Blue Dog Rep. John Barrow, I voted for him. SCREAM.

This one is burning up the blogs, I go to South Carolina fairly often, the state line is less than an hour from my house. I never drink the water, look what it’s done to their politicians, Joe Wilson, Lindsay Graham, Jim DeMint, Mark Sanford and now this guy.
