Army Colonel who says Obama not US Citizen to face Courts-Martial

This right wing racist coward needs to be hung for treason, right after a panel of duly appointed military officers find him guilty in a properly convened courts-martial. Here is the story:
Lt. Colonel Terry Lakin, an Army physician, has refused to obey any orders from his commanding officers — including President Obama — until Obama produces his birth certificate.
“Any reasonable person looking critically at the evidence currently in the public domain would have questions about President Obama’s claim to be a natural born citizen,” Lakin says in the below video released the right-wing American Patriot Foundation. “I will disobey my orders to deploy [to Afghanistan] because I, and I believe all servicemen and women and the American people, deserve the truth about President Obama’s constitutional eligibility to the office of the presidency and the commander in chief.”
Lakin says this marks the first time during his 18 years in the Army that he has chosen to disobey “what I believe are illegal orders.” Evidently he didn’t feel the need to personally verify the citizenship of his three previous commanders-in-chief.

This is treason during a time of war. Hang the the bastard. Regardless of anything else, the Federal election committee has clearly satisfied The President met all requirements. This is nothing more than a continuation of racial hatred politics. Of course, I guess since they can’t call Obama stupid like we did Bush, this is the best they can do.
This is a great idea. I’m going to stop doing anything my boss tells me to do until I see documents which prove to my satisfaction that the CEO of the company is qualified for his job. If they fire me, I’ll sue.

I’m pretty much against the death-penalty and so, yeah, I’d have to say no to the hanging thing. But definitely a dishonorable discharge and take away his pension. We can’t be having this no matter who the President is.
I also oppose the death penalty Will, so I guess I was just angry after I read the story. He should be locked up forever in a tiny cage 🙂
I’m with you on the tiny cage. I am opposed to the death penalty, but if we are going to have it for treason, there are treasonous acts that are worse than this. This is obnoxious and arrogant, but he hasn’t sold state secrets or anything like that.
That being said, I suspect an army prison is not a pleasant place to be at all – especially if you have refused to do your duty.
In most cases bad guys get dishonorably discharged and are sent to happy little homes like Ft. Leavenworth!! 🙂
What I dislike about the whole thing is the pretense of a moral, upright citizen stand he is projecting, when we all know what he’s all about.

While we’re on the subject of the Tea Baggers, these are precisely the type of infantile idiots who need their guns taken away. I’m glad they keep reminding me, the local sheriffs around the country, the ATF, the National Guard and the FBI that they are armed. I don’t remember anyone saying this when Bush stole the elections, he was more illegitimate than Obama has ever thought about being.. yet no one refused his orders. Even when we illegally invaded a country.
These people should all be Court Martialed and it would soon stop. I am glad they are doing just exactly that.
